Repair and Restore Your Smile
Over time, your teeth may suffer from decay, chips, cracks, breaks, or trauma. This damage to your teeth can be caused by simple wear and tear, biting into something hard, or even worse, an accident.
With some of the newest advances in dental technology, Dr. Keith Metzger and Dr. Kyle Metzger can repair and restore your smile, in a shorter and less painful manner than ever before. For example, we can now make and install most porcelain crowns in a single visit. Now that’s a reason to smile!
Porcelain Crowns
If your tooth has been structurally damaged by decay or trauma, it can be “capped” by a porcelain crown so that it functions properly and looks appealing. Porcelain crowns are durable and custom-made to fit over the entire tooth. And, in most cases, your crown can be made the same day!
Implant Restorations
Missing, broken, or severely damaged teeth can be challenging and embarrassing, and the situation can affect you overall health. A dental implant will offer you the ability to regain everything you lost with a missing tooth and allow you to smile again with confidence.
Root Canals (Endodontics)
Composite Fillings
Silver fillings are a thing of the past, and you will be more satisfied with naturally pleasing tooth colored fillings. Tooth decay can happen in a variety of places, in the front or back teeth. With composite (tooth colored) fillings, you can rarely see that the tooth has been restored.
Inlays and Onlays
If you have a broken cusp on your tooth, or a larger cavity to fill, an inlay or onlay may be the best solution. Made from porcelain, these restorations are simple and effective, and can be an excellent alternative to a porcelain crown.
Bridges
Maybe you have lost one or more teeth, and you want to fill that empty space in your mouth. A dental bridge fills the space, which will restore your smile and chewing functions. The bridge is held in place by the healthy teeth adjacent to the space, and it looks just like your natural teeth.
Dentures
(full and partial)
If you are missing several teeth due to injury or decay, you might benefit from dentures. With the proper design and fit, your dentures will restore your ability to smile, speak, and chew with confidence, just like your natural teeth.
