Smile Design

Your smile is unique, and it can be the key to your success with personal, business, and social contacts. We can design the perfect smile for you, with a combination of several cosmetic procedures and state-of-the art technology. The end result will be a fabulous smile that has been uniquely designed just for you.

At Metzger Dentistry, we have the expertise to design your new smile with a variety of cosmetic procedures. No two smiles are alike, and we select the right combination of treatments that best fit your natural face structure. This might include tooth-colored fillings (bonding), porcelain veneers, crowns, and teeth whitening.

Many patients are referred to our office by their orthodontist, to put the finishing touches on their newly straightened smile. If this is your situation, we will work closely with your orthodontist to preserve the investment you have made and to improve it even more.

We have hundreds of before and after patient examples, which provide ideas for you to consider for transforming your smile. You may have photos of smiles that you like, or how your smile used to look when you were younger. We encourage you to bring all of these ideas for your consultation with us. We will discuss your goals and design a treatment plan that takes into consideration all of the elements of your smile – teeth, lips, gums, and facial shape.

ANTERIOR THREE-QUARTER CROWNS

This 25 year-old male injured his teeth in a bicycle accident during his pre-teen years. The two central incisors were initially repaired with composite bonding, which has failed over time. In order to assure future strength and color stability for these teeth, Dr. Metzger restored them with 3/4 porcelain crowns.
