Our father and son duo, Dr. Keith Metzger and Dr. Kyle Metzger, are the leaders of the phenomenal team. Their passion for dentistry is unrivaled, and their love for their patients is undeniable.
You will meet Julie, Corrie, and Kim when you enter the office. You will experience their warmth and compassion, and their genuine concern for you and your overall dental health.
Diane, Marcia, and Jennifer make up our exceptional team of hygienists. They are kind, compassionate, and thorough. Our hygienists will keep your mouth healthy and your smile bright, all while you relax and trust their gentle care.
Our dental assistants, Diane, Cindy, and Elizabeth, work chair side with our doctors to ensure your comfort and to answer questions about your treatment. Our assistants are the best of the best, and thy help things run smoothly while you’re in the dental chair.

Keith Metzger

Dr. Keith Metzger has a passion for helping others, and it shows with his personal care for each patient. He enjoys working with both children and adults, helping them achieve beautiful smiles. It is his goal to provide the highest quality dental care in a personal and comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Metzger takes pride in the long term relationships he builds with his patients and their families. He and his staff look forward to serving you and your entire family in our office.

Dr. Kyle Metzger recently began his dental career, fulfilling his life-time goal to be a dentist. Like his father, he enjoys treating children and adults of all ages, and he loves to see an entire family together in the office. Dr. “Kyle” utilizes the newest techniques and trends in dental care, to help his patients achieve confident, winning smiles.

Julie
Office Manager
Julie has been an integral part of Dr. Metzger’s office for over 25 years. With her huge smile and inviting personality, Julie approaches her Office Manager’s role with enthusiasm and compassion. She enjoys developing long and lasting relationships with all patients, and she prides herself on getting to know each one personally.
Julie works with patients to coordinate their needed dental treatment. She is also our dental insurance “Guru”, diligently working to help each patient understand and receive the maximum insurance benefit.
Julie lives in Keller with her husband, Mike. She loves her family time with her sons, Konner and Kolton, daughter-in-law Judith, and first grandbaby Hadley. Julie is involved with Northwood Church and multiple timber Creek High School programs.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys activities at Northwood Church, traveling, time in the gym, bicycling, and all outdoor activities. Julie’s real passion is shopping – It is amazing the kind of bargains she can find!
Corrie
Hygiene Coordinator
In her role as our Hygiene Coordinator, Corrie ensures that our patients have a consistent dental maintenance routine, by overseeing the scheduling of their routine cleaning appointments. Corrie is very diligent and understanding, and she strives to be flexible with accommodating our patients’ scheduling needs.
Corrie is a native Texan, and she was born in Irving. She grew up with two older brothers, and she is very close to her family.
Corrie and her husband, Scott, have been married for almost 15 years. They enjoy quality family time with their children, Brendon and Kynleigh, and their golden retriever, Sam. Corrie and her family attend Gateway Church. Her family also enjoys camping, outdoor activities, baking, and eating Italian or Mexican food. They love traveling to any destination with a beautiful beach and crystal clear waters.
Corrie’s priorities are: God first and family second.
Kimberly
Scheduling Manager
Kim has been our Scheduling Manager since September 2014. She brings a warm and genuine personality to our front office, along with over fifteen valuable years of dental experience. Kim will welcome you with a huge smile, and she will happily answer your questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
As our Scheduling Manager, Kim will help you plan and schedule your dental treatment plan. She is excellent at explaining dental procedures so you can easily understand the treatment and recognize the benefits. Kim shares a passion for taking care of our patients, in an environment that is full of kindness and mutual respect. She is an outstanding example of the teamwork that is present in our office, where patient care is the most important part of the day.
Kim was born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico, and she lived in Albuquerque until 1991. She has been happily married to her high school sweetheart, Bryan, since 1990. Kim and her husband enjoy vacationing in New Mexico, and they enjoy outdoor activities, especially in the mountains. They attend First Baptist Church in Hurst. During their free time, they enjoy spending time with their son, Robert, and his wife and two daughters; and taking long walks with their dog, Paisley. Kim’s favorite cuisine is Mexican food, especially Joe T. Garcia’s. She also enjoys shopping and crafting.
We are glad Kim and Bryan decided to make Texas their home, and we are pleased to have Kim in our front office!
Diane
RDH - Hygienist
Diane has been our hygienist since 1999, and her reputation for building lasting patient relationships is outstanding. Many of our patients have “grown up” with Diane over the past twenty years. She truly cares about each patient’s needs and concerns, both dentally and personally.
Diane’s greatest strengths are her attention to detail, and her conscientious work ethic. She has been instrumental in instilling a team spirit in our office, engaging all of our staff members to focus on the quality care for our patients.
Diane was introduced to her husband, Dave, by a patient in our practice. They have been married since 2009, and they have three grown sons and a granddaughter. They enjoy many hobbies together, including gardening, reading, dancing, sailing, wine tasting, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Diane has a tremendous amount of experience in the dental industry, including over 45 years as a dental hygienist. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Tarrant County College in 1975. She later received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1995, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Marcia
RDH - Hygienist
Marcia began as our hygienist in June of 2018. Marcia traveled all the way from Brazil to begin her career as a dental hygienist, and she now has over eleven years of experience. She is a perfectionist, and prides herself on learning the latest evidence-based technologies and products to help our patients achieve not only oral health but also overall health.
Marcia exemplifies our practice goal of working together as a team to provide quality care with the best interest of our patients in mind. Her happy and upbeat nature will help you to feel at ease and comfortable in our office.
Marcia was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She studied biotechnology sciences and later Pharmacy school in one of the best Universities in Brazil. Upon moving to the United States, Marcia earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Tarrant County College and later a Bachelor of Science with a major in Dental Hygiene from Texas Woman’s University.
One of Marcia’s hobbies is running, and she has competed in races in her native Rio de Janeiro, Dallas and New York City. Marcia is married and has two daughters. Her family loves to travel, and they have been to many different countries and experienced different cultures. Of all of her travels, Marcia’s favorite place is Hawaii.
In addition to exercising, Marcia stays healthy with a vegetarian diet. She is also an animal lover at heart, who cannot say “no” to a rescue. As a result, Marcia’s family proudly includes a total of 7 pets … 3 dogs and 4 cats!
Jennifer
RDH - Hygienist
Jennifer joined our hygiene team in 2020, bringing with her a winning smile and excellent chair-side manner. She makes our patients at ease with her ability to understand and address their dental concerns, with a thorough and professional approach.
Jennifer loves making patients smile and feel comfortable when they visit our office. She is thorough with each and every patient, with her exceptional attention to detail and personalized patient care.
Jennifer is married and has two young children. She and her husband enjoy cooking, exercising, and coaching their children’s soccer team.
Born and raised in the DFW area, Jennifer is proud to be a native Texan.
Diane
Dental Assistant
Diane is the first of our exceptional Dental Assistants. She has worked side-by-side with Dr. Metzger since 1998, always demonstrating her calm, caring, and genuine personality. Diane has enjoyed spending over twenty years in an office environment that feels like her second family, laughing together with her fellow staff members, and helping patients feel at home.
With almost 25 years of dental experience, Diane’s greatest strengths are working in a gentle and efficient manner, and building long-term patient relationships. She loves her relationships with our patients, and she has enjoyed seeing many of them grow up through the years. Many of Diane’s long-time patients have started their own families and now bring them to Dr. Metzger for their dental care.
Diane and her husband, Manuel, have been married for 20 years. They have five children: Manuel III, Jesse, Isaac, Arianna, and Abigail. Diane and her family are members of Gateway Church. Some of their favorite family times are movie night, game night, and cookouts. Additionally, they are very loyal Dallas Cowboys fans, and they thoroughly enjoy football season with the entire family. Diane’s family also enjoys traveling. One of their favorite vacations was a trip to Las Vegas, where Diane and Manuel got remarried by Elvis!
Diane has lived in the DFW area since 1995. Her early years were spent in her birth place, Wichita Falls, and she graduated from Wichita Falls High School.
Cindy
Dental Assistant
Cindy began her career at Metzger Dentistry in early 2019. She has ten years of experience in the dental office, and she loves helping her patients feel at ease during their appointments. Cindy is friendly and kind, with a calm and relaxed demeanor that is beneficial to our dentists and patients.
For Cindy, her family is everything to her! She is married and has two beautiful daughters that keep her busy. They love family gatherings and just spending time together. Some of Cindy’s favorite things are trying new restaurants, and her favorite dining experience is Benihana. Her family also enjoys experiencing new places and activities.
Cindy is proud to be a native Texan. She was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Additionally, Cindy provides additional value to our dental team by being bilingual.
Elizabeth
Dental Assistant
Elizabeth joined our team in 2020. With fifteen years of experience, Elizabeth brings energy, enthusiasm, and outstanding work ethic to our office. Her knowledge of the latest dental technology and techniques helps our dentists with their daily patient care.
With a focus on teamwork, Elizabeth thrives on working together and helping one another to give our patients the best care. She enjoys developing relationships with each and every patient, and strives to make each patient feel welcome and cared for. Her gentle and comforting personality is evident when you meet her.
Outside of dentistry, Elizabeth loves spending time with her family and friends. She has three children and a pet dog, Kylo. She enjoys doing anything outdoors, especially hiking. When Elizabeth travels, her favorite destinations are anywhere near a beach.
Elizabeth is another team member who is a proud, native Texan. She was born and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas.
